ROLE 

• Advise on a range of real estate transactions including acquisitions, disposals and leasing for high-value commercial properties. 
• Collaborate on development projects providing guidance on planning, funding and construction matters. 
• Assist in managing portfolios for clients, handling all aspects of asset management and property finance. 
• Support senior team members with large-scale deals, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and client objectives. 
• Draft, review and negotiate complex real estate contracts and agreements, delivering clear, business-focused advice to clients. 

REQUIREMENTS 

• 2-6 years PQE in real estate law, with experience in commercial property transactions. 
• Strong drafting and negotiation skills with a focus on delivering practical, client-centred solutions. 
• Knowledge of commercial leases, property finance and development matters is beneficial. 
• Excellent organisational and communication skills with a proactive approach to client management. 
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
