ROLE 

• Advise on high-value M&A, private equity and joint venture transactions, supporting major clients in sectors like real estate, technology and finance. 
• Lead and manage complex corporate deals, from initial structuring and due diligence through to negotiation and completion. 
• Collaborate with clients to provide strategic legal advice that aligns with their business goals, focusing on commercial viability and risk management. 
• Draft, review and negotiate key agreements, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with client interests. 
• Collaborate on cross-border transactions, working closely with international teams to deliver seamless service and strategic advice for clients operating on a global scale. 

REQUIREMENTS 

• 4-6 years PQE with significant experience in corporate law, ideally with a focus on high-value transactions and private equity. 
• Strong technical knowledge in corporate M&A, corporate finance and joint ventures. 
• Excellent negotiation and drafting skills with a commercial mindset and attention to detail. 
• Ability to manage client relationships effectively, providing practical and strategic advice on complex transactions. 
• A team player with a proactive approach, capable of handling multiple projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
