ROLE

As part of the esteemed Banking & Finance team, you will: 

• Advise high-profile clients on complex, cross-border financial transactions. 
• Work across a wide range of banking and finance matters including asset-based lending, real estate finance and acquisition finance. 
• Collaborate closely with partners, associates and clients to deliver creative and commercially sound legal solutions. 
• Draft, negotiate and review a variety of legal documents including facility agreements and security documents. 
• Stay ahead of the curve by navigating evolving financial regulations and providing clients with insightful guidance. 
• Build and nurture client relationships, contributing to business development initiatives. 

REQUIREMENTS 

To be successful in this role, you will: 

• Be a qualified solicitor with 0-5 years of PQE in Banking & Finance. 
• Have a strong background in asset-based lending, acquisition finance or real estate finance. 
• Possess excellent technical skills and the ability to navigate complex financial transactions. 
• Demonstrate a client-focused approach with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. 
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset. 
• Be eager to contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team culture.
