POSITION: Associate – Commercial Dispute Resolution (1-4 PQE)

ROLE 

• Handle a varied caseload of commercial litigation and arbitration matters. 
• Act for corporate clients on complex disputes including contract disputes, shareholder disagreements, warranty claims, professional negligence claims and fraud matters. 
• Engage directly with clients, counsel, courts and third parties. 
• Draft, review and proof key legal documents and correspondence. 
• Contribute to client reporting, negotiations and strategy. 
• Take part in business development activities including writing articles and attending events. 
• Support the team on secondments to foster strong client relationships. 
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm’s international offices. 

REQUIREMENTS 

• A qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with 1-4 years of PQE. 
• Has experience in and enthusiasm for commercial litigation. 
• Demonstrates excellent organisational, communication and client relationship skills. 
• Can work independently and as part of a collaborative team. 
• Has strong attention to detail and a professional, proactive approach. 
• Brings expertise or interest in areas such as tech and IP disputes, fraud or shareholder disputes. 
• Shows a commitment to developing business relationships and contributing to team growth.
