An established law firm with a national reputation is seeking an ambitious corporate lawyer to join its team. The firm is committed to delivering high-quality services across a range of corporate transactions, fostering strong client relationships and supporting business growth. You will have the opportunity to be part of our thriving M&A practice, working on a wide range of challenging and rewarding transactions, gaining experience across all aspects of corporate law.
ROLE
- In this exciting role, you will be involved in a broad range of corporate work, but will principally focus on mergers, acquisitions, disposals, buy-ins and buyouts, joint ventures and investments, shareholders’ agreements and general corporate governance advice.
- Manage client relationships and project delivery.
- Collaborate with senior partners on high-profile deals.
REQUIREMENTS
- 2+ years of PQE in corporate law.
- Proven experience in managing corporate transactions.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive and a team player.
