We are looking for a technically strong and experienced Corporate Lawyer/Senior Manager with a proven track record in Corporate Law. ROLE

• Work across a broad range of corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, venture capital and general transactional work.
• Leverage your client care skills and technical expertise to provide sound, strategic advice to high-profile clients.
• Represent clients in complex corporate negotiations and ensure seamless execution of deals.
• Conduct comprehensive legal research to support strategic transaction planning and execution.
• Collaborate with a broad spectrum of clients, colleagues and external experts to craft effective legal solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in corporate law and proactively advise clients on potential legal impacts.

REQUIREMENTS

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with a minimum of 5 years PQE.
• Strong background in general corporate law, especially in private company M&A.
• Experience in intra-group corporate structuring is a plus.
• A versatile lawyer who enjoys working across different areas of corporate law.
• Exceptional client service skills and a team-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to engage in business development and networking activities.
