We are seeking an experienced Employment Commercial Lawyer to join a highly respected team. ROLE

• Provide expert, tailored legal advice on employment law matters to a wide variety of clients, including business owners, HR professionals, in-house counsel and both public and private sector organisations.
• Handle all aspects of employment law, from drafting employment contracts to advising on discrimination, whistleblowing and employee relations.
• Navigate the complexities of maternity and paternity rights, disciplinary proceedings, grievances, dismissals, redundancies and TUPE transfers.
• Represent clients in high-stakes tribunal claims and manage both contentious and non-contentious matters with skill and precision.
• Cultivate and nurture strong client relationships, ensuring a high standard of service and support.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and help shape the future growth of the firm.

REQUIREMENTS

• Qualified lawyer in England & Wales with substantial expertise in employment law.
• Exceptional analytical abilities and a meticulous eye for detail.
• Outstanding communication skills with a client-centric approach.
• Proven track record of managing a varied caseload efficiently and effectively.
• A proactive mindset, with a passion for client service and business development.
