ROLE

• Provide expert legal counsel across a broad range of commercial agreements including manufacturing, supply and procurement of goods/services, distribution (via agents, distributors or resellers), outsourcing and joint ventures.
• Play a strategic role in growing the firm’s commercial practice, fostering long-term client relationships with an impressive roster of clients.
• Mentor and develop junior lawyers, providing guidance to enhance their legal skills and professional growth.
• Collaborate closely with a dynamic team, contributing to the firm’s continued success and market presence.

REQUIREMENTS

• An English-qualified lawyer with 9+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Well-versed in handling complex commercial and contractual matters.
• A natural leader with strong people management skills, capable of guiding and inspiring junior team members.
• Commercially astute, with a proven track record in business development and driving growth.
• Passionate about nurturing client relationships and delivering outstanding legal advice.
