POSITION: Transactional Construction Projects Lawyer (4+ PQE)

ROLE 

• Collaborate with one of the largest teams of transactional construction lawyers globally. 
• Provide transactional advice on major projects across sectors including real estate, energy and infrastructure. 
• Work on projects with high visibility and complexity including nuclear power stations, large-scale developments and international rail and hotel projects. 
• Deliver client-focused legal solutions as part of a supportive, agile team. 
• Participate in significant, high-value deals and advise an impressive client roster including developers, contractors, investors and government entities. 

REQUIREMENTS 

• Qualified in England and Wales with 4+ years PQE, ideally from a large commercial firm. 
• Experienced in construction, projects or similar areas. 
• Strong academic background with excellent communication and organisational skills. 
• Commercially aware, client-focused and able to work well in a collaborative, agile environment 
• Inquisitive, eager to learn and committed to developing knowledge and skills in Construction & Engineering law. 
• Well-organised and adept at project management.
