 ROLE 

• Spearhead capital-raising efforts for venture capital opportunities across the UK. 
• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutions eager to invest in transformative ventures. 
• Represent the organisation in the market as a trusted and credible investment professional. 
• Create and execute strategic approaches to source and engage potential investors. 
• Utilise your network to identify and secure lucrative investment opportunities. 

REQUIREMENTS 

• A qualified lawyer with at least 7 years of post-qualification experience, demonstrating a strong track record of professional expertise. 
• Demonstrated success in raising capital within the venture capital sector or similar industries, showcasing a deep understanding of the investment landscape. 
• An extensive UK network, with well-established relationships among high-net-worth individuals and institutions experienced in significant investment opportunities. 
• Experience in real estate capital raising is a valuable asset but not a strict requirement. 
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, coupled with an innate ability to build, nurture and sustain meaningful professional relationships.
