M&A Lawyer required to join an award winning and prestigious firm in London.

We’re looking for an ambitious and highly skilled M&A lawyer to join a top tier Corporate team. You will work across a range of complex M&A and private equity transactions as well as joint ventures with multijurisdictional elements.

You will be joining a cohesive and supportive team, working closely with standout corporate partners on cutting edge matters. You will be expected to work collaboratively with others whilst retaining your autonomy in a fast paced environment. More experienced candidates will be expected to supervise and develop junior members within the team.

The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years’ PQE and boast an excellent academic record. You will have gained corporate M&A experience at a top leading firm and will be ready to dovetail your technical strength seamlessly to this role.

You will be an ambitious and enthusiastic candidate with a real passion and commitment to business and personal development. You will be commercially minded with a keen interest in Corporate matters.
