Looking to take your career to the next level? We have a fantastic opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor in Leeds looking to be part of a leading global firm.

We are seeking a driven and talented individual to join a highly successful corporate group in Leeds, where you can expect exposure to high quality matters from the onset.

You will work closely with clients across a range of sectors, providing advice on M&A’s, joint ventures, investments, buy-ins and buyouts, corporate finance and private equity matters. You will also work closely with partners to manage high-value transactions and negotiate complex agreements.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong academic background and a proven track record in handling corporate matters, ideally gained from a reputable law firm. You will also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team. You will be commercially aware and enthusiastic about business development.
