QC Legal have a unique and exclusive opportunity for a Corporate Tax Lawyer in Manchester to join an outstanding tax practice. Our client is recognised for its big-ticket UK and international tax teams and complex cross border work.

The Role

• You will be advising on substantial real estate transactions, major PE deals and big-ticket M&A/ECM transactions.
• You will get stuck into big ticket domestic and non-UK tax structures.
• Your work will also cover mergers, acquisitions, reorgs and looking at the most efficient tax structures for FTSE 100s, major Plcs, PE houses.

• You will be a confident, bright and articulate tax lawyer that wants to join this top tier firm and do some outstanding work.
• You will be from a similar firm with some first-rate experience and academics.
