QC Legal is seeking a commercially minded Legal Counsel in Manchester to assist the Head of Legal on a broad range of disciplines. The client is an innovative organisation who commercialise revolutionary ideas and technologies to create positive social and economic impact.

The focus of  the role requires the provision of legal services and advice to teams within the organisation. Candidates will be expected to review and negotiate legal terms, provide high quality legal advice, and manage relationships with a variety of both internal and external stakeholders.

Successful candidates will have experience of working in a fast paced environment, providing a range of services. There are expectations to demonstrate excellent negotiation and communication skills, be commercially aware and display an enthusiasm about personal development.

You will be an integral part of a cohesive and supportive team working alongside a Paralegal and Head of Legal Services. You will be required to ensure tasks assigned to Paralegals are completed to a high standard.
