We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Banking Solicitor in Manchester to become part of a global powerhouse. You would be joining a well established banking team who have a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality legal advice.

You will be working with market leading partners with a combined wealth of experience in corporate finance, real estate finance, public sector funding, asset based lending and acquisition finance.
Our client is looking for a candidate with 5+ years’ PQE with experience in real estate finance, corporate financings and leveraged finance transactions. You will be able to use your technical strength and sound commercial judgement in the very best national and international work. The firm is committed to further growth therefore the ideal candidate will have an enthusiastic approach to business development.
