At QC Legal we have an exclusive new opportunity for a Transactional Solicitor in London to join the Yachts team at a reputable and forward thinking practice. With offices in London, and international, it goes without saying our client is not only a heavyweight, but a genuine leader in field in the superyacht industry, acting for many UHNWs.

In this role you will be providing professional legal support for top end yacht transactions and legal issues, working across multiple jurisdictions and navigating a myriad of complex matters.

You will advise on superyacht transactions with an emphasis on superyacht construction contracts, sale/purchase, design management contracts, ownership structuring and registration. As part of the varied hands on transactional work you will do, you will be advising clients on corporate requirements from board resolutions to PoA’s.
