QC Legal are seeking a dynamic and talented Corporate Banking Lawyer in Manchester with 2 years’ PQE to join a first class Banking Group.

As a Corporate Banking Lawyer, you will work with a variety of clients in the banking sector, providing expert legal advice and support. You will have the opportunity to act for a number of banks and financial institutions on complex transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance matters.

We’re looking for a candidate with strong academic background, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. You should be able to manage a busy workload and work effectively under pressure. In addition, you should have experience of working in a leading law firm, with a strong understanding of leveraged finance and corporate banking.
