Are you a talented and ambitious Corporate Lawyer seeking a challenging and rewarding opportunity? We are currently looking for a highly skilled individual to join a dynamic Corporate team in Leeds.

Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive support and guidance to corporate clients involved in mergers, acquisitions, and disposals.
• Take a leading role in facilitating the acquisition or disposal of businesses, assets, and/or shares.
• Prepare and finalise disclosure letters and supporting documentation.
• Offer support and review investment documents, representing investing institutions or management teams in private equity-backed transactions or placing agreements.
• Undertake general corporate work, including corporate restructurings, shareholders agreements, joint ventures, and limited liability partnership agreements, with a focus on drafting principal documents.
• Enjoy opportunities for early exposure to clients, fostering professional growth and relationship-building.

Requirements:

• A qualified lawyer with Corporate experience.
• Proficiency in conducting due diligence exercises and managing disclosure processes.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills, with the ability to prepare transaction-related documents.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and colleagues.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team, handling multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
