We have an exclusive opportunity for a Construction Lawyer in Liverpool who is interested in joining one of the largest construction and engineering teams in the North West.
The team of esteemed lawyers are leaders in their respective fields, specialising in various sectors including transport, energy, healthcare and oil and gas. The team handles both contentious and non contentious matters, serving an international clientele comprising developers, funders, consultants, contractors and sub-contractors. This is a highly coveted and unique opportunity to be involved with some cutting edge work.
You will be well equipped to handle both contentious and non contentious work, representing employers and funders in the construction sector. You will confidently draft pleadings and witness statements and maintain direct client contact, actively fostering strong relationships. You will be expected to diligently review and report on all types of construction and engineering contracts as well as all necessary documents for legal proceedings.
