We are working with one of the largest property development companies in the UK to find an ambitious commercial property solicitor to join their In House Real Estate team at their Cheshire office.

Our client retains an impressive portfolio of commercial properties on a national and international level, offering expert advice to leisure, residential and commercial developments.

As a commercial property solicitor, you will be involved with the very best of national and international real estate matters, independently running a varied and challenging caseload. You can expect to work on site acquisitions, buying and selling of commercial premises with a view to advising on commercial leases, acquisitions and disposals, property development and more.

You will be working closely with a cohesive and supportive team of Solicitors, with a wealth of knowledge in the property sector. You will have access to a network of high profile clients with the prospect of maintaining and developing client relationships.

You will be expected to work from their Cheshire office, as our client do not currently offer hybrid working.
