You will assist and provide guidance on various Pensions-related issues, encompassing areas such as scheme funding, scheme mergers, investments, trust deed drafting, transactional support, legal research, dispute resolution, and more. Your role will involve offering comprehensive and client-centric support in relation to all aspects of pensions provision, spanning the establishment, functioning, regulation, and restructuring of pension funds across both private and public sectors.
