We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Disputes Lawyer to join a prestigious law firm in Bristol/Sheffield and become an integral part of a market-leading team. Our client offers a challenging and diverse work environment where you will be allowed the opportunity to handle a broad range of real estate litigation cases and work with an impressive roster of clients.

Role

• You will gain extensive experience in a wide range of litigious matters within the real estate field. This includes handling various property disputes such as landlord-tenant asset management issues, boundary disputes and property insolvency cases.
• Their diverse client base encompasses major institutional property funds, developers, energy companies and real estate investors.
• You can expect to work closely with the real estate team, handling high value transactions, representing some of the largest investors in the UK.

• You will be a highly skilled Real Estate Disputes Lawyer with exceptional experience from a reputable real estate disputes team.
• You will display an enthusiasm and keen interest in the property disputes market, as well as personal and business development.
• You will be commercially astute and able to work seamlessly as part of a busy team while retaining your own distinctiveness.
