The Role

• You will have the opportunity to contribute to the team’s business development initiatives, taking the initiative to develop both your own and the team’s client relationships and market presence.

The Candidate

• You will have 1-3 years’ PQE experience to join the team. You should possess relevant experience from a well-regarded real estate department in a major or medium-sized firm.
• Demonstrating a genuine interest and enthusiasm for the commercial property industry is essential. Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with a solid academic background, are prerequisites.
• A drive for success, dedication to business development, and client relationship management are vital. A commercial mindset, business acumen, and a commitment to innovation are valued qualities.
• The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team is crucial, as is being well-organized with excellent administration and time management skills to meet challenging deadlines.
