We are seeking a fiercely capable and ambitious Residential Property Associate in Liverpool to join an award winning international firm.
Our client has notable experience and presence in a number of market sectors and with an impressive reputation across the regional market, this firm is well respected amongst law firms and lawyers.
You can expect to work on a range of interesting residential property matters including transactional work, advising on title matters, freehold and leasehold acquisitions and commercial finance.
We’re seeking an ambitious candidate who is enthusiastic about personal and business development. You will work seamlessly within the team and build strong relationships with colleagues and clients. You will demonstrate experience in all areas of residential conveyancing.
Our client is looking for a candidate with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE experience and is ready to use their technical strength and commercial judgement on high quality matters. You will be working for a collegiate and cohesive team where the opportunities for progression are unrivalled.
