We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Associate to become part of a global powerhouse in their Manchester office. You would be joining a well-established Real Estate team who have a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality legal advice. The firm boasts significant multinational credentials in the financial services, energy, healthcare, infrastructure, real estate and technology sectors and are recognised internationally for their Real Estate work in the North West by Legal 500 and Chambers.

You will be working with market leading partners with a combined wealth of experience in acting for regional and national commercial developers, institutions, corporate occupiers and private investors.
Our client is looking for a candidate with 10+ years’ PQE with experience in development and regeneration, commercial property, acquisitions and disposals, real estate finance and corporate financings. You will be able to use your technical strength and sound commercial judgement in the very best national and international work.
